JAI COSEY
Jai Cosey, a proud native of Memphis, Tennessee, is a shining example of excellence and determination. She holds the distinction of being a two-time graduate of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and has made a significant impact in both her academic and professional pursuits.
Jai's academic journey began at Mississippi Valley State University, where she completed her undergraduate studies with exceptional achievements, graduating summa cum laude. During her time at Mississippi Valley State, she demonstrated her commitment to scholarship and community by joining Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, where she engaged in service and leadership activities. Building on her undergraduate success, Jai went on to attend Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, where she continued to excel. Despite the rigorous demands of her legal studies, Jai's determination and passion drove her to graduate magna cum laude, an accomplishment she achieved a semester earlier than expected. At Thurgood Marshall, she served as the Vice President of the Lois Prestage Chapter of Women of Law and held the esteemed position of Chief of Staff to the Student Bar Association's President, showcasing her exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

With a strong desire to ensure balanced scales of justice for all clients, she approaches her legal career with empathy, integrity, and a tireless work ethic. In her free time, she’s a mom to her puppy, Casper and enjoys binge watching her favorite shows.
