Harrison Tatum grew up in Groves, Texas.  Harrison is proud to be a Golden Triangle native and cares deeply for the Golden Triangle and the communities of Southeast Texas.  Harrison attended and graduated from Port Neches-Groves High School and then attended Lamar University on a football scholarship.  After graduating from Lamar, Harrison attended South Texas College of Law Houston on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and graduated in the top 1/3 of his law school class.  While in law school, Harrison was an associate editor of the Texas Business Journal, a member of the Phi Delta Phi National Honor Society, and recognized on the law school’s Dean’s List. 

After graduating from law school, Harrison returned to the Golden Triangle to practice law.  Harrison spent the first five years of his legal career practicing for a large and well-respected civil defense law firm.  There, Harrison gained extensive experience in personal injury, trucking/transportation, insurance, and first party litigation.  These experiences provide Harrison with a unique insight into the operations of corporations and their insurance carriers and allows him to maximize the value of a case for the clients he represents as an attorney at The Ferguson Law Firm.     

When he isn’t working, Harrison can be found hanging out with his wife, Taylor Tatum, and their three dogs and cat.  Harrison is a family man and enjoys spending time with all of his family, especially his nephews.  Harrison also enjoys golfing, going to the beach, and watching sports.
