ANTANESE KINARD

Antanese Kinard grew up in Fort Hood, Texas. Growing up in a military family, Antanese knows firsthand the value of hard work, grit, and determination. Antanese attended and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Huston-Tillotson University while on a full tuition scholarship. After graduating from Huston-Tillotson, Antanese attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law on a full tuition scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Antanese served as an associate editor of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review and an Honor Court Justice.

Background & Education

Antanese also served as a legal intern for Judge Rabbea Collier of the Houston 113th Civil District Court and United States District Judge Jeffrey V. Brown. There, Antanese gained intimate knowledge of the way in which the legal system impacts people in the most important moments of their life. These experiences have shaped Antanese’s personal and professional philosophy to make a meaningful contribution to the clients and communities she serves. When she isn’t working, Antanese can be found attending performances in the Houston Art District, painting, or hanging out with friends.
