Every time I walk out of the door here at our office to head to the courthouse, it makes me really proud to think about the whole team that came together to make that happen. The team that goes to the courthouse is just the tip of the spear. Behind that tip is a whole team of warriors who support that work and make it happen — the people who come up here on the weekend, our paralegals who make copies and notebooks and exhibit binders, all the people who help us get ready for trial.

It's such a team effort — a massive project. It may look like just two or three lawyers and a paralegal walking out the door to go to the courthouse, but you're just seeing the tip. The whole spear has been at work all weekend, and for days, getting the tip of the spear ready to walk out the door.
