Sometimes I'll have clients tell me that they think their case is not big enough for our time, our expense, or our effort. What I tell clients is that any time something bad has happened to one of our clients, no matter to what degree, it disrupts their life. That's especially true in death cases — there is no correcting the situation in terms of the loss the family has sustained, but at least we can bring some accountability.

So what we bring to all of our clients, in these times when their life has been disrupted, is a full investigation of the wrongdoing, and then accountability. And with accountability, we hope to help compensate our clients in a way that eases the situation for them, at least financially, moving forward.
