First of all, Southeast Texas is an extremely diverse community, and one of the largest segments of our community is the Hispanic population. People of Hispanic descent so many times run up against barriers — barriers because of language, for example. We recognize that, and here we take steps to remove those barriers. We have lawyers, we have paralegals, we have staff, all of whom are bilingual, so we are able to communicate fully and fairly with members of the Hispanic community. They are an important part of our community, and they are an important part of our work, and we want to be able to fully represent them.

The other thing we strive to do, especially in the Hispanic community, is to assure people that they can seek their legal rights in a safe place, and that we will protect them. Their confidence is always protected. We want them — just like we want every client at the Ferguson Law Firm — to always feel safe and protected. And we will. I promise we will always do that.
