Charlotte Foutz Rogers brings a wealth of research, writing and organizational abilities to the law firm. Charlotte is a third-generation native of Beaumont with strong ties to Southeast Texas. Her father is a practicing medical doctor, having specialized in both OB-GYN and emergency medicine, while her mother is an interior designer with a degree from Lamar University.

Passion for Helping Southeast Texans

After graduating from Beaumont’s West Brook High School, Charlotte attended Texas A & M University on a Presidential Scholarship, earning her B.A. in English in 1998. From there, she attended Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2002. While in law school, Charlotte was selected as a member of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review, the university’s academic journal that publishes articles written by professors, students and legal experts on various topics. While on law review, she was also the Associate Articles Editor.

Charlotte began her legal career in Beaumont with a civil defense law firm that was ranked as one of the Top 50 in the State of Texas. While there, she worked the firm’s toxic tort litigation, handling litigation and motion practice. Charlotte then worked as In-House Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs for a major market retail corporation for nearly a decade where her work included creditor rights and debt collection.

Charlotte continues to reside in Beaumont with her husband, Ryan, who is employed with Jefferson County.  They are blessed with two young children.
